Entry Fee: $150 per person
Includes two nights lodging; cart and greens fee; two breakfasts; and awards banquet.
Rates are per person and based on double occupancy. Single room occupancy is an additional $30 per night.

Format: 2-Person Scramble
Pairings: Done by professional staff. No requests please
Number of Teams: Tournament is limited to 72 teams
At least one member of each team must b a UAW member or retiree. If tournament does not fill up, then amy two-person team will be accepted.
Flights: Men, Women and Mixed
Prizes: Awarded to gross and net winners
(Handicaps are subject to tournament adjustments)
Awards Banquet: Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 6 p.m.

Friday, September 25: Lodging check-in after 3 p.m. at the Family Education Center.
Registration: Noon - 7 p.m. at Black Lake Golf Club Clubhouse.
Practice rounds may be scheduled by calling the golf shop
(989-733-4653). Mention that you are playing in the event and receive $5 off the applicable rate.
Saturday, September 26: Registration: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Tee Time: 9 a.m. shotgun
Awards Banquet: 5:30 Cash Bar Dinner 6 p.m.
Awards presented after dinner.
Sunday, September 27: Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Lodging check-out by 10 a.m.
